Last Minute Preparation Prom Homecoming

- Tip: Take pre-cautions to avoid bloating. Drinking lots of water a week before prom will help. Also, try to avoid soft drinks, gum and sugar-free foods with sorbitol or malitol, especially on the day of prom. These products will cause bloating. Lastly, avoid high-fiber foods on the day of prom, such broccoli, whole-grain wheat, brussel sprouts and cauliflower to avoid bloating.

Confirm Reservations:
Confirm your dinner reservations by calling the restaurant to the number of people in your party and the time. If you are a renting a limo or a driver, confirm the pick-up and drop-off times and locations. Make sure the driver has directions.

- Tip: If you are going with a group of friends, make sure everyone knows what time the limo is leaving--and keep in mind that people may arrive 30 minutes late.
